[IMG] I'm not much of a conspiracy nut, but I found this rather interesting.

    http://www.ebaumsworld.com/pentagon.html

I've heard this rumor floated before, but like most conspiracy theory/coverup rumors, I tend to brush them off. However, this does present a rather compelling case for reasonable doubt. Not that we were attacked - no doubt there. But that it was a Boeing 757 that did the damage, as was reported. No plane wreckage, holes to small to be from such a large plane, no roaring inferno of jet fuel, the suspected pilot of this flight wasn't nearly competant enough to fly such an aircraft so low at such speeds, etc.

Give it a gander and share what you think. I'm not sure I buy any of it, but then again I've never given it much thought. The WTC was different - there were a million eyes and cameras on it when that happened, so we KNOW what happened there. Pentagon? Zip. I always just assumed it was what they said and had no reason to doubt it was indeed anything other than another hijacked plane. Until now...

    /me dons tinfoil hat.

If it did not crash into the pentagon, where did the 757 go with the 58 people on board?

The Pentagon was designed for, amongst other, airplane attacks, the holes are so small because the wings were folded into the main body of the plane upon inpact, the plane has been found inside the wreckage.
And what would have happened to the people in the plane if they were not disintegrated? A secret
government plot? X-files eat your heart out!

There was a roaring of jet fuel, enough roaring to bring a part of the most toughest building in the world down.

That flash is a bunch of ****, especially those eyewitness accounts,"It sounded like a missile",
    1. What is the difference between the sound a plane makes just before it crashes into a building at top speed and the sound a missile makes just before it hits a building at top speed?
    2. How the hell do you know what a missile sounds like?

Yikes - I must be behind on my conspiracy theories! :D I knew there was a reason I never paid attention to them.

Wasn't aware this had been brought up before. Oh well - nutsy-time it is. I figured it was all BS, I just wasn't sure what kind of reaction it would get here. If nothing else, this should spawn a good discussion on nutty conspiracy theories being floated around. They are nothing if not fun, no?
