Hey guys. I've been trying to get the netplay in IWD2 to work, and I'm having some issues. Whenever my buddy tries to connect to me and vice versa, we get the message "waiting for server to admit new players". We can't seem to shake that message no matter how we try. I have all firewalls disables, and I'm set as the DMZ host on my router. My buddy has all his firewalls off and ports forwarded. We are both using 2.01 with our config.exe set up identically. We've even tried connecting to each other through Gamespy Arcade.

We've played through Baldur's Gate 2 just fine, I can't figure out why this game doesn't want to cooperate. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'd really like to get playing this game again.
