    Please could someone tell me where i could download the Item, spell, armor etc. editor... i have tried the official website but cannot find it. any help would be much appriciated

    You seriously need to read the FAQ and rules. And use some general sense.
    What's the point in posting a poll for such a question?

    There's also a sticky topic in ToB forum with links to an extensive mod list. Way more than it's good for you :)
