Ok, I'm not sure on what I should use the 2-3 $20 gift cirtificates to Best Buy I get every year on, so I made a list of games I'm considering. But, since I haven't played any of them, I want your advice. I'll probable only be able to get one though, so help me out here! :rolling:

[IMG] Assuming that you can still find a copy of it, definitely go for Planescape: Torment. That is one awesome game, very story-centric. There's a thread somewhere on here recently about PS:T's many virtues, if you haven't already read it. :)

Definitley Torment. Haven't played it myself, but its supposed to be good. IWD2 is for hack'slashers and NWN needs a GIGANTIC comp to run it. POR2 just sucks. So, get PST. :)

Torment is a very good game. But unlike the BG or IWD series, this is not a game that you can leave for a month and then come back to. I did that and I was completely lost. And I was so far into it, that I decided I would have to wait awhile before I started it again.

For those of you that celebrate it, Merry Christmas.

Never played Planescape: Torment before, but I've heard that it was an excellet game. Go for it.

[IMG] Torment is the way forward for you :D Now with the other vouchers, depends on what sort of game you're looking for, IWD2 is supposed to be good, and I quite like NWN so either of them are probably a good buy too.

If you have 2 or 3 certificates you should be able to get Planescape for around $10, then you could also get Icewind Dale II.

But if you only have time or money for one game I'd make it Planescape.

[IMG] It's not that bad if it gets stable and you get really into it.

    /me ducks quickly.

And once you get used to the way it plays too. But please, heed my earlier advice, and definitely get PsT you know it makes sense

Sorry folks...apperantly everyone in my family knew what I wanted, so I didn't get any gift cards at this year...but I did get Icewind Dale II as a gift, I plan on playing that as soon as I'm done playing through ToB. :rolling:
