My father didn't want his son to be a *****. He had his methods. So, despite consequently avoiding any sort of PE and being totally disinterested in any groups revolving around sport (racial enemy: jock) and deep hatred for organised group leisure (I just don't match well with the majority/math average of society), I still maintain some good constitution. Somehow. Perhaps as a matter of attitude more than anything. I still suck at fitness (well, if you remove standard limitations of asthma, that would probably be average for people engaged in PE and some such activities), but I have persistence. I just won't give up ;) - my last performance involved warming a cloaked person with embrace while I was in shorts and tropical shirt, let alone that being a part of almost 30 kilometre march, let alone debilitating strong and humid cold wind on the way back, let alone that petty sandstorm in the middle etc etc (I still don't believe in jinx, btw).

I also have the habit of drinking and dancing whole night without break. Six hours unstopped dancing is possible. No matter how your muscles will feel the next day ;)Dancing tango when being legally dead per Westerner standards is also possible. I've never seen any of those jocks keep up or beat me in this regard. 35 hours of babbling in #sorcerers can be proven with logs :D Sleeping below 30 hours per fortnight in the heat of midsummer Greece while drinking all the time and dancing each night when not sightseeing is also technically possible for a 17 year old, on condition that the 17 year old is chevalier ;) Let alone contacting authorities etc in the state of more than just mild intoxication.
Surprisingly, whole days of physical work/effor have also been possible... even on hangover. Also a habit of attacking boxing training gear bare-handed just to show off. Or 8 hours sword performance. Walking 11 floors with 10kg bags upstairs just because the lift isn't there. Etc etc.

Add to this ignoring illnesses while I can still get up. Being totally unable to remember to take whatever medicines. Just drinking more coffee when something aches or hurts. Or getting some sleep when it's after some surgery and painkillers stop working. Not that I didn't go to a night party the day my wisdom tooth was removed. I'm not going to describe the combination of chemicals in my organism after the second wisdom tooth - I'm afraid some minor might try that on his own and actually suffer what I didn't.

So, you would probably say wastebasket. Now what if I'm close to obsession about hygiene, match clothing carefully and spend up to a whole hour doing my hair for parties? ;) Hehe. I guess I'll have a hard time voting.

Interestingly enough, I'm sick about 90% of the time. Not because I don't try to take care of my body but because I get ferocious migraines and have another list of medical problems I'm not even going to dare to go into. And because of all this, I get to do my classes online but on the downside I have to take 3 different medicines daily, go to like a hundred different doctor appointments, take a bazillion blood tests, get acupuncture, make sure I'm not around anyone wearing perfume (and on that note, I can't handle a lot of cleaning fluids and detergents and soaps), and I have to be careful what I eat because I'm allergic to so many different things. Fair trade off I suppose. :p

But despite being really really sick I still do exercise (to a small degree) and I'm even captain of color guard at my high school. So as to the vote, I exercise twice a week (color guard) and I eat lots of fruits and vegetables (but mostly just cause I like veggies) but I'm still in pretty bad health. Oh sure, I'm the strongest person on my color guard and I'm the first to do extra stuff when the occasion arises but when you're sick 6 of 7 days a week . . . .

If parenting an active child counts as exercise, the only break I get is at work. I also try to take long walks at lunchtime..

My diet is more healthy than not, but I won't deny my sweet-tooth when it starts acting up.

[IMG] In hospital quite often for various reasons, :heh:

I am fairly unhealthy, I can't do much excersize, I only eat when I'm reminded, and I often just sit still for hours on end. No, not always on the computer

I don't really get hungry, so I don't eat too much I suppose. I'd like to do things like hockey, but I can't anymore. My mother keeps on at me to do something, as do several other people. It's psetting when people who you thought where your friends make fun of you when you can't run or find things difficult.

    I'm one unhealthy chit

[IMG] Well, i consider myself a bit over the average in terms of my body.
I dont do any exercise unless i'm in a really, really strange mood. And even when i do i dont do much. I did though, once. Had a lot of exercise for day after day (full day) a year long. I guess that helps me now. Now i sit in front of this screen day after day eventhough i have nothing important to do here.
I was even 3rd in the school testings :)

I was only once in a hospital... i was born that day :p Never broke a bone either.

But i get cold quite often. And i cough and cough and cough. But i still like the chill and winter :D
Mom says i shouldnt wear summer clothes in the winter. I would know nothing about that :)

All in all, i'm a bit strange in this aspect. I do next to nothing for it and yet i have no problems with it.

Dammit, there isn't an option called "Eat whatever falls you in, and exercise almost every day". that would fit me most...

I used to be a pig who never exercised. Now I exercise a bit, and I eat very little -- I'm on the Slimfast plan! I'm hungry in one sense, but I really have very little desire to eat.

I focus mostly on endurance training rather than on weight-lifting. Unfortunately, I've not had much opportunity to train lately... :o otherwise, I'm pretty dilligent when it comes to physical training. An obsession with martial arts can be healthy at times.

Diet-wise? I eat when I'm reminded to. :o And I'm not very particular about my food. After all, if I can eat combat rations and survive, I can eat anything.

So I guess I'm somewhere in between. :D

I've recently lost 20 pounds, thirty more to go, so I'm improving. Really, I just cut out 90% of the junk and soda in my diet, and I get off my rump and excerise now.

So, I guess you could say I've tossed out the wastebasket, and I'm working on temple.

Don't mean on the opposite gender. I mean that someday you'll get carpal tunnel syndrome.

Strangely enough, even though I don't eat a great deal of healthy stuff or exercise a lot other than walking about an hour most days, I've rarely been sick in my life. The only times I've been in hospital were for Wisdom Teeth extraction and an X-Ray when I took a spill off my pushbike. Other than that nothing yet has had me sick for more than about 3 days. Including what a doctor described as a severe case of tonsilitis.

    Me?

Let's see... I am allergic to loads of stuff but do I care? Nope. I am overtly lazy, too.

My body is something I happen to reside in and use to type, imbibe alcohol every now and then and to eat, too.l

    Or words to that effect.

I am currently waning myself off the Atkins Diet, which i was on for 4 weeks, losing 13 pounds in that alotted time, and 2 extra pounds in the 2 weeks since then, not following the diets specifics as closely as I was. It works well if you do it right and makes you slightly healthier, even no the NO CARBS NO SUGAR thing does reduce energy, but you exercise to gain that energy back. So overall i am in good health now, weighing 135 and am now working on "getting ripped." LOL
