    Yeah cheddar's my favourite, but most cheese I've had is awesome. Cheese rules, no arguments. Even if you're allergic, you've gotta admit it rules :D

    What a waste of a poll...everyone likes cheese! :thumb: :p

    Now, there are certain cheeses that I don't like, such as fetta, blue, and goat cheese...but for the most part, it's all good. Colby-jack is my favorite. :yum: :rolling:

    Blue cheese smells like vomit, but otherwise I don't mind a bit of nice cheese in moderation.

    Actually, with the limited exception of mozarella cheese, I absolutely despise all cheese in all forms. The only reason I like mozarella is because I can disguise it with pepperoni or other such items on pizza so that I cannot really taste it (and it doesn't have much taste to begin with).

    Never liked it. Don't like the smell, the consistency, or the taste. Once I got old enough to learn how it was made, that just cemented the whole idea. Blech.

    (By the way, I'm not a fan of yogurt either.) :p

    Saputo-brand Mozzarella simply is the best. Cheddar, Montery Jack and Emmental are good too.

    I love cheese. Smoked Gouda, cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella, feta, some goat cheeses; I guess just about any kind except American processed and Limburger.

    I don't eat tulips, mills or clogs. So... There's only one thing left to eat that we Dutchies are famed for, and I don't mean dykes, weed or bicycles.

    I love cheese, especially 'extra-matured' (not old yet) Gouda. I don't fancy the young cheeses much, so Edammer is not in the top 100.
    I like Stilton, Gorgonzola, feta, brie and Old Amsterdam. Maaslander is nice as well.
    I ate lots of other cheeses, but I can't puzzle out which one is what.

    Oh, forgot to tell that in my opinion Parmesan is not that special. That weird powder is more like dust to me.

    Definite. I like processed cheddar slices for grilled sandwiches, but my fave to just narf on is colby. :yum:

    :lol: Yeah, forgot about these.
    A friend of mine has contacts with a Canadian band. One of these guys ate himself really sick before he had to perform here in Holland. And his luggage for the trip back to there was too heavy to enter the airplane. :D I wonder how many people know our 'kroketten', things very different to stroopwafels.

    Edit: Wow! I can't remember someone called me Master of Nuhn before, in stead of MoN, Master or Nuhn(nie).

    Our family gets pretty upset if the fridge runs out of cheese. The usual staples are old cheddar and mozzarella but every couple of months I'll go and buy a bucket of goats feta from the greek store downtown. When we have that we use it in soups and salads and pasta dishes and rolled in tacos....My oldest son has already adopted my love of exotic cheeses including really strongly flavored ones such as blue. Actually the little one will also eat blue although he wasn't much impressed it swiss when I offered it to him.

    mmmm, cheese.... :yum:

    i absolutely adore cheese. I don't like blue cheese or goat cheese that much, but other varieties, I love. I can never really remember the names of my favorite cheeses *blush*

    It probably illustrates the point that the people at my favorite place to buy cheese remembered me on sight after I didn't have a chance to go there for a year :p

    I love cheese, I eat 2 or 3 kind of cheese every day. I remember back in Argentina, we had about 10 kind of them, now I can enjoy about 30!
