Aaaah - coffee! I don't think that I could survive without my coffee.

Personally, I like it black, with one sugar to knock the edge off of it. Used to like different flavors of creamers, but I got over that phase. I do like trying flavored coffee occasionally, though.

 

I take it strong, hot and black ... the same way I like my women (old joke, hope it doesn't offend anyone)

I like weak, milky coffee...I prefer Hot Choc

 

The only times I drink coffee are when I go to my fave cafe and take an ice-cream espresso... they know I'll always have one, so I never have to wait for it

Otherwise, I never touch the stuff. If coffee was discovered now, it would be a perscripted drug.

Sorry you guys, but I really cannot stand that stuff. I used to like tea, but now I hate that as well.

If I wanna be hyper, I'll take sugar, thank you very much.

I like it black. The stronger, the better.
But I prefer a double ristretto. Twice as strong as espresso.
No milk, no sugar, no sweets, but extra caffeine.

 

I like tea and I drink Pepsi or Coke for the high.

 

I have to agree with Master of Nuhn. Do not destroy your coffee by putting anything in it to change the taste.

Potion of Chevalier's Legendary Hangover (CLH) cure:

4 spoons (tufted) coffee
2 spoons (tufted) cinnamon
0,15 litre boiling water

Cover for 10-20 minutes, uncover, drink (don't add anything!).

However, I usually have my coffee espresso with cream or cream dim or sometimes whipped cream or ice-cream. Sometimes mocca or with herbs, particularly cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, vanilla...

People say I have a true gift for making coffee. They never miss an opportunity to have one

But I mostly drink machine coffee at the university. Surprisingly it's better than what you can get for thrice the price from the caffee (some instant!). In fact one of the machines (each one is different ) makes it so good that it's a pleasure to drink it (an almost true latte from some good quality coffee). There's another one at the library whose concoction is also potable.

If possible I like some apple pie (prefersbly sour), honey, coffe or caramel cake or a doughnut filled with Advocaat to my coffee. The amount is fixed however, I don't eat eight cakes with eight cups of coffee . If it's evening, night or a morning after battle I don't get the cake either

During my so called 'studniówka' which is pro-matural ball ending highschool (in this country one is 19 then) I had 10 and 3 in a row before leaving the house. I still managed to fall asleep sitting in a chair situated over a busy route and close to the loudspeaker that was making Mother Earth shiver (definitely uncivilised music). Normally I don't exceed 3-4 daily or 8 if there's a party.

 

Normally strong coffee with a bit of milk added for taste. On special occasions: cappucino!

I don't drink coffee because I am Mormon, but even if I went apostate and broke every other tenet of my religion, I can't stand the smell of the stuff, let alone drink it.

 

I drink a few cups of coffee (I like it gray) every morning. Sometimes when I intend to stay up I'll also pop one or two 500mg caffeine pills.

 

I like tea.

 

What was that one movie with the Amish and the bowlers? And it had that hemp smoking guy? Woddy Harrelson?

Anyways, it depends on what I'm doing. If I'm driving with kids and women, I drink weak coffee. that way, my bladder is sync'd up with theirs, and I have to pee every 2 hours or so.

Any other time, I drink really, really strong coffee. The kind you cut off a slice of, and serve it on a plate kind of strong. And normal people either mix it down with fresh water, or they wait until you run the grinds through for a second pot. My coffee is opaque.

 

Couldn't agree more with what Arabwel said. I treat it as if it was a typical drug like nicotine in cigarettes. Except that the side-effects aren't as life-threatening. But I believe if the dosage of caffeine is large enough, it will eventually match the harmful effects of drugs that are proven to be dangerous.

So in short, I hope to postpone drinking coffee on a regular basis until I'm at least in my 40's.
