[IMG] This poll is intended to know if you prefer to install both SoA and ToB at the same time or you wait to end SoA before installing ToB. If you install ToB alongside SoA and play from the beginning you lose certain benefits such as the spellturning effect of the cloak of mirroring and the possibility of setting as many snares as you want in a certain area. However, if you install SoA and TOB at the same time you can travel to Watcher's keep sooner and get some cool items-or the possibility of beefing up your Stats in the fourth floor with Lum's Machine, for instance, -not to speak of getting to Irenicus at a higher level-So, that's the point.

I played the game both ways, because when I got ToB, I had already finished SoA. Since then, I always have ToB installed when starting SoA, because the bonus experience (8000 000 xp cap) is better than anything.

More often than not I have TOB installed because it gives combat an extra edge: i.e. no more hitting someone, running out of the room, resting, then sneaking back in. With TOB installed they follow you out with cuts down on some of the cheesy tactics I'd otherwise try out.

As for Watcher's Keep, I generally leave it till TOB. Doing it SOA is a) hard and b) levels you up too fast so that you find SOA a doddle. I prefer a bit of a challenge.

In ToB, you cannot change armor during combat. This makes the battles of the game more realistic.
