I've been listening to some particular music lately and realized that it goes nicely with the windows media player visualizations. Sometimes I'll watch them for 1/2 hour while the music lasts. Does anyone else like these things?

Yeah, I did that for like an hour once. Of course it was after I had eaten these little magic mushrooms...

The new media player is the only good thing about Windows XP. I use it so much it almost makes up for the general crappiness.

I think the newer the version of media player you get the crappier it is. On the one I got after it almost force updated you can only choose between fullscreen and small window. Craptastic.

I'm amazed that anybody thinks they are cool. I've always thought they were a complete and utter waste of time. What is the point of them?

Same here; WinAmp5 + CORE do a lot better job in any case. ;)

Anyway, I didn't like them then and still do not like. When I listen music, I like to sit back and stare nothing foggy-eyed. :D

They're alright I suppose...but they're just something to fill up all that blank space on the screen, where your videos normally play. Or something.

    Winamp 5 rules. :)

When listening to the right music I love it! Sometimes I get almost hypnotised by it. Sitting behind the computer drinking wine watching it full screen... good times!

My visualisation of choice would have to be Ambience:Random. That way you get cool patterns and some variety :)

I always minimise it to the Taskbar.
Dont even bother downloading any extra skins.
When I had to scrap my C: I remained with WMP 8 coz I thought that 9th actually sucked.
