Wondering how many people have smoked marijuana or drank beer. Have you ever smoked marijuana or consumed any alcohaulic beverages. If so, when did you do it, do you still, how much, and why?

I've never done either and I never will!

Marijuana? Never, at least to my knowledge. Beer? Don't like it, but alcohol is VERY okay for me... so what if I am not legally old enough to drink? They weren't asking for ID when I ordered a glass of wine with my food in the restaurant earlier today...

 

Drinking is way too popular if you sk me. Many of my friends are frequent drinkers, not a good thing I think.

 

Alcohol is good, but I'm not really into beer. Never touched marijuana before in my life and I don't know if I ever will. And that for someone coming from the Netherlands!

drank alcohol - I rarely drink alcohol, I don't have any problems with doing so but I don't care for the taste. When I do drink alcohol it is mostly toasts at weddings, samples during winery/distillery tours etc. I have never been drunk and I have no intention of changing this. As a matter of fact I find watching people get drunk and suffer the next morning to be a highly amusing form of entertainment.

 

Hey JSBB I agree with you about the amusing entertainment. My frinds brothers who I know fairly well, got really drunk and stumbled all around the house laughing and slapping each other at very late hours of the night. If his parents had caught them, I would be at a funeral right now!

 

You seem to have a problem with your a key both in your headline and your reply, Kovalis. Or are you perchance drunk now?

I can't figure out marihuana and what long term sideside effects it has or hasn't, and that scares me away from smoking it. I know what I get from alcohol, I get poisoned and its effect is immediate and I know what harm it can do to my body in the long run. So I am more of a non-gambler Beer guy than a laid back wondering marihuana wanderer.

 

I am yer average beer drinker.

 

It was a beautiful summer evening... The sun had already hit the ground and the air was cool and fresh, the colours of the sky were truly enthralling. Chevvy was 15 at that time. They were staying at his friend's family's. There was no aunt or uncle of the friend's around, only a couple of cousins. And they had that shining bottle of spirit... Beer/Wine/Alcohol - yes (but recently, far less than I used to; it was in danger of getting out of hand)

Marijuana - 3 times as a teenager. In some respects, it was kind of a cool experience, but I just felt totally unaware of what was going on around me; that was scary, so I stopped.

 

You're over 16 years old, Kovalis, and you haven't drunk any alcohol, and don't intend to.

Alcohol: Well, yeah, kinda...a sip or two every now and then. I put no though...

 

Hey, I have an uncle who is over 50 and has never drank alcohol or smoked. (Heck, I think he's still a virgin, too!)

I've never smoked marijuana before and I don't intend to. Ever. I'm highly anit-drug. With beer, I really don't like it, so I don't drink it, but I will drink other alcohol from time to time.

Lets just say I smoke weed more often then I drink nowadays.

I used to drink alot, but I've slowed down alot in that.

I never used to smoke weed, now I do it more often.

In all seriousness, I have smoked pot and I did drink alcohol. Pot I only did once or twice, and it really didn't appeal to me. Aside from the fact that I didn't get high or whatever, I didn't like the smell, and I strongly dislike smoking. As for alcohol, I've done that for a long time, and at times, much of it. No longer though. I prefer being in control of myself. I will drink the occasional beer, or the occasional glass of whiskey, but not much more.

 

Never smoked pot, never had the desire and never will.

Alcohol: On social events I usually drink beer, but that stuff goes right to your 'beer'belly, so I rarely drink more than two beers on a night. I do drink 2 glasses of wine every night, it is the most tasty alcohol beverage and it's proved healthy, what more do you want?
