I use the randpom babble topic for all the things I want to share with you guys that I do not wish to make a topic of. And so do many others, I think, so I do believe that the random babble topic is quite valuable part of the Whatnots forum.

And shouldn't this be in SS?

I don't know if I could go on w/o Random Babbling. It gives me a chance to do all the nonsense talking I've been meaning to do, and vent frustrations, etc.

 

Honestly, I don't care. I rarely read or use that forum, but every now and then it gets funny.

Its probably worth having a "spam-sink" on the forum, because people are going to spam, at least with the thread, we can control it.

 

It's a great post - perfect for all those relatively unimportant things you want to share with the world...

I have yet to post anything in Random Babbling threads, or read it for that matter. I'm also not too obessed with upgrading gems with number of posts or stuff like that. So I voted I don't care.

 

I don't like it, but what can a gopher do eh?
I suppose it's alright though.

 

I agree with Arabwel on this one. I use it more often than not (yes take heed, i mean in the sense of less one liners and more factual things) to talk about things that I feel do't require a thread. The posts i make there, I try to make it associated with updates i my life etc.

 

I don't often post there, and indeed it can be a looooong read at times , but it's useful and most important fun.

 

If it wasn't there then how could we waffle on about the more unimportant yet interesting things that go on qithout cluttering the boards?

 

I was about to make my first entry in the random babling industry , see what it is like so I voted, keep it alive.

 

It contains the majority of "spamming" in one managable place. And it can prove useful at times. Some things don't need a whole topic about them, but can be briefly discussed inside.

It's a social thread. No harm is caused by it.

 

I second Big B's sentiments. I don't post in them as much as i used to (i don't post much on SP at all anymore - don't have the time ) but i like to read the random babbbling posts to see what people are up to.
