    I think that this has mostly to do with where your from, but lets let the nations duke it out, grammatically!

    Well obviously, the real way to say it is Zed. Seeing as how it's what the British have always said. But I say Zee because I was raised on Sesame Street. :)

    i guess more than 99% of people in hongkong pronunce it as "Yee-Set"
    even the english teachers prounce it this way.. :D

    Zet would indeed be the Scandinavian way.

    In English the letter is pronounced Zed.

    You Americans have a habit of simplifying the language, but to change the Zed to Zee just to make it fit in with a little ditty? I don't know! ;) :lol:

    To compare the pronounciation of a letter, Nior, to how it's pronounced in a word, well let's try:

    eh(A) as in apple, Bee as in bottle, need we go on?
