I realize that I could spend countless hours in the Directory, looking up every last SPer to find out what you all do for a living, but I don't have the time for that. Not to mention that lotsa people don't even say what they do in RL...

So here's my poll...(I decided to make this a poll rather than a thread for the simple reason that polls tend to get more results than threads...) I apologize beforehand for any shortcomings in the poll itself, but I'm more than a little tired and flustered right now... :p

EDIT: Please feel free to post with details about what you do...
    Let's start with me...I'm a first-year university student at Canada's premiere  university; Queen's.

As has been stated elsewhere (usually AoDA), I'm a lawyer, and I picked "full time job" because you didn't have an "over-worked" category and I don't feel like an "other."

I said High School though in France it's called lycee, where I... um.. right: study!
No really, I love literature so this is basically the only thing I do study. ;)

I didn't fit in any category. I guess you could say that I'm in highschool, but until recently I worked 30 hours a week also as a framer/labourer.

Now, before you blow a gasket and say "that's impossible!", you should know that I was kicked out of school 2 years ago (drug related mishap, if you must know) and now I homeschool.

I think I'll get a job at a resaurant now, because, as everyone knows, the honeys all frequent restaurants. And I have a motorcycle

19 votes and only 1 person has a full-time job?

It's a wonder we can all afford our PCs and internet connections!

I had to go with "full-time" job, just like DMC. Would have liked an "overworked" category also, as I actually work 2 jobs.

Hard to believe that only 3 of us on this site so far had a full time job.

    I'm a high school student.

No, wait - on second thought, I might be a full-time accountant.

All I know for sure is that I'm very tired.

Long time i have to visit here and i found this thread to make a quick appearance. Anyway i work as a network engineer and right now i have a full time job and maybe i can say way too full time. But this is the rythm of life i have chosen so far so i should not really complain.
The most important thing is to enjoy what you are doing and be bored with it.

Got 2 jobs right now. One for during the week (via Randtad) and one for the saturdays. I hope to find an other job during the weeks, since I now spend my time with lunatics who only can talk about cars, soccer and sex. The work is mindnumbing and the payment is low. I get the feeling I don't belong there... :heh:

And I want to try an other study, with some social/cultural/linguistic stuff.

A full time job, with a mean commute. I'm the assistant art director for a Labrada Nutrition, a sports nutrition company in Houston, TX. I design magazine ads, packaging, and websites. My free time is spent gaming and kickin' it with my girlie. Not too exciting.

Oh well, at least there are only 16 more days until May and then I get eight months with a relatively sane workload :D .

I have the prestigious title of "crew" at Wendy's. I'm the guy that everyone feels sorry for because a 19 year old should not be working at a fast food restaurant...but I'm too lazy to actually look for a new job, even though I know I really need a new one. :rolling:
