    http://bash.org/?349132:

    <artof tanz>God i'm a loser.
<artof tanz>Some commercial for a sitcom said this
<artof tanz>wife: "what color are my eyes?!" husband: "34C"
<artof tanz>and I'm like, wtf thats not an RGB value

Seen it? One day, I left my house, looked around, spent a couple minutes adjusting my eyes to daylight and thought "wow, someone made a nice sky, but the colours aren't really natural".

Another time, after playing Duke Nukem on LAN for too long, when I finally walked out, I was like "Where are they camping?" and looking out for guys with bazookas behind storage containers.

Sometimes, when I succeed in something, I think of quest XP values before I can help it. Once, I called my brother a Half Orc with-8-INT, 8 WIS and 6 CHA.

I would also count things in HEXX values (in memory) or, when I still had maths, write "var" when defining things.

    Any tales to share?

When I meet people, or see people on TV, I try to figure out what alignment they are. I'm like, he's CE, or he's LN. It was then that I realised I'd played way too much d&d.

When something goes wrong, I sometimes think "never mind, I'll just reload my last save".

    Harbourboy - lol - I've done that too. :D

And speaking of "lol", sometimes in converstion, I've had to catch myself before I said "l.o.l." in response to something funny. :shake:

And I keep wanting to put smilies in business letters.

    @Splunge: I new I forgot about something ;)

Yeah, I said "lol" when flirting with a girl even today. In fact, I said "lmao" once, but, fortunately, there were only men around, none of whom sober.

Smileys on notes for family in the house.

"In real D&D, I'd own this guy. I clearly have better stats" - about a uni teacher, IIRC. Notice "in real D&D".

How about alignment change? Like "Waitasec, it's going to change my alignment." in real life? :shake:

Hehe, it's pretty much the same with me.
Saying LOL out loud... few schoolmates then began to say it as well, and now the whole class is saying lol when there's something funny :)

Same with alignment... i find there are way too many lawful people around. Way to many.

About reloading... i only get that syndrome after extensive playing for a few days. Like 3-4 days of 12+hours play. Otherwise not so much.

Oh, sometimes i can see how my BAB has increased. I'm around +3 by now :D
And i'm so impressed with my dodging... i must have the dodge feat. Not mobility yet though.

    hehe

Yeah, the Reload Syndrome :D It's dormant in me, recently, because I haven't played reloadable games often for a long time.

Me and a friend were having a conversation about hacking, and he goes: 'Hax ... erm. HACKER'

What about calling people "noob" when they screw up?

"Lol" is also a noun. Especially when I'm talking to my brother ;)

Maybe its just me, but I sometimes find my mind wandering and laying out battle plans. Pairing people off, thinking about stats and what not.
