    I downloaded some portraits for teh game and nothing worked. i created the file inside the game, i could see the names of the pictures but not teh pictures themselves. any idea what im missing to make it work?

    Open up the picture file with a program like Paint. Choose Save As. Save the file as a .bmp file inside the Portraits folder, and limit the file name to 7 or fewer characters. You have to do this whenever you want to rename a picture or move a picture into the Portraits folder, because if you just use Windows to move or rename the portrait, it'll show you a blank with a question mark in the game.

    mind if i ask something else?
    a few of the voice files didnt work i had to place them in files myself, some worked like this others didnt. also some of the orriginal voices stopped.
