Yes, it has been done before, but IMO it's quite ok to do this again. Thumbs up on the idea!

I think you overdid yourself with that description. Mine will be shorter. It's the last character I played, and the only one I exported:

Lvl 9 thief dualled to a fighter (right now at the XP cap)
Lawful Evil - I usually don't play evil but I wanted to get Sarevok in ToB.
Human - I needed to dual class
Rep - not sure, about 10
str - 25 (long live crom faer)
dex - 18
const - 18
intl - 10 (didn't want to be completely stupid)
wis - 12 (many dialog options require higher wis)
Char - 9 (didn't really bother)
+++ slots in dual wield
+++++ in war hammer
+++++ in flail

Flail of Ages and Crom Faer dual wield.

I have got all powerful weapons ready to export them! I havn't sold a thing!

Doh, why do u have a sorcerer with 11 intelligence? Feels pretty stupid, mybe u should lay down some of your time on correcting that stat, BTW, here's me stats.

You should be specific and say Swashbuckler instead of Thief! Only a swashy can get the three slots in Two Weapon Style.

A small note: Int 11 is better than int 10 when you fight Mind Flayers.

To Gholam: This is for BG2, not ToB!
The limit for BG2 is level 17 and if you have cheated by removing the XP-cap I think you should always say so.

Sorcerers do not need intelligence the way mages do! Int 11 is fine with a sorcerer.

Spell selection for a sorcerer is the most important part of character creation, so omitting the spells you selected is quite silly.

And yep, I've removed the xp-cap, that's 'cause I think it is worthless that there is a cap at all. Why not level up when u have to meet stronger enemies? Why all the experience when there's no use for it? Sounds strange to me...

Soulfly - does the ring of wizardry actual affect sorcerers? I thought it let you memorise an extra lvl 5,6 and 7 spell? Which would be fairly useless for a sorcerer as he doesn't have to memorise spells...
