Problem with Irenicus...

    [​IMG] After I have beaten John Irenicus (when he is a slayer) the game tilts and goes to Windows. So I don't see the ending.

    Is there any ending or is this a bug?

    It's probably a bug. There is definately an ending. A similar thing happened to me at first. I had to do a full install for it to work properly.

    Or, if you have definately finished everything, shouldn't the ending movie be available to watch from the 'movies' option on the second main menu you come to upon starting the game. I know it's not the same as having the game play out properly but its better than nothing.

    PS I assume you have installed the patch.
    PPS I also seem to remember seeing a way of being able to access all of the movies but I can't remember how.

    PPPS have just figured it out. Do this:

    1) make a backup copy of your baldur.ini file
    2) edit the baldur.ini file (notepad will do) and add the following lines to the bottom of it under the 'movies' section 'END15FPS=1'
    3) save the file
    4) run BG2 and chose the 'Movies' option from the ingame menu. Select 'EndMovie'
    5) sit back and enjoy - and realise what TOB is going to be about.

    ppppps you can set this to be able to play any of the ingame movies using this method. For a full list of ingame mvoies use Infinity EXplorer (downloadable from here) and look under the Movies tab.
