    my beastmaster CANNOT cast familiar!!!

    notice came up and said only protagonist......

    Rangers, or any of their kits, can't cast ANY mage spells, so it's not a big suprise that your beast-master can't cast it. The only time you can use familiar is if your main character is capable of casting mage spells - i.e. Mages/sorcerers/Bards/Avenger(?).

    If your playing solo in multiplayer move your beastmaster to the first postion in the add/delete character screen and then you should be able to cast it.

    I not sure what these lot are on about but if you od get the choice to cast it and it don't then it is probably a glitch in the game. unless it isn't your main char.
