I have installed Kelsey SoA and he works fine when I play him, but when i try to install the ToB version, it always comes up with the message "WeiDu has finished auto-dating all copies of itself in this directory. Please re-run Setup-KelseyToB.exe to actually install the mod
<Sorry, I can't do it for you, Windows won't let me>". Any help or thoughts with this are welcome, as I've tried it numerous times, and don't want Kelsey and the rest of my game to go pearshaped when i reach ToB.

When a copy of WeiDU is started, it looks through the directory for the newest version and then auto-updates all copies it can find.

In your case, what is happening is that Setup-KelseyToB.exe has found a newer version of WeiDU (probably from another mod) and is trying to update itself. You should get this mesage, and then just restart Setup-KelseyToB.exe.

If you continue to get the same message, it means the auto-update is failing for some reason. A possible solution would be to copy one of the other setup programs and jut rename it as Setup-KelseyToB.exe.

    Reinstall BG:II :)
Sadly it sounds like the only way. Possibly conflict with another mod you have...

Nah, it's a problem with WeiDU's self-update feature not with anything in the game (or mod) itself. It's possible the Kelsey ToB setup proggie is read-only for some reason. Just copy and rename the Kelsey SoA setup program and you'll be fine.

Anyway, since putting "Kelsey" and "problem" in a thread title is the functional equivalent of *Gate: jcompton* he'll probably swing by to set us straight. :D

My guess is that instead of doing what WeiDU tells you and going into your BG2 directory to run "Setup-KelseyTOB.exe", you're re-running the .exe you downloaded. Don't do that. After you get that sort of message, use Windows Explorer to go into your BG2 directory, run Setup-KelseyTOB.exe, and let it go to work.
