I just downloaded Shadow Keeper, but I don't understand how to use it to change stats.

    First! :p

    Simple:

    1) Load your save-file (named some other than "quick-save" or "auto-save")

    2) Use those "leafs" to choose the page you want. In your case, "abilities" should be it.

    3) There, simply change the values. You do not really need to care of "global functions" or events at all.

    Should be pretty straightforward.

Not really; using SK to make ûber characters takes the fun out -especially since you can have öber characters without using it ;)

So ûber öber == no fun.

Once, I cheated a PC 25 every stat.
Yes, it was fun, but not long. I soon gave up.

Well, one good use for shadow keeper is for recovering important quest items lost between areas or simply taken away from your inventory. That's what I use it for. As for improving your stats, they aren't of paramount importance. There are lots of items throughout the game to beef them up and if your character hasn't enough of a stat, take someone along who has, that's what parties are made for. If you are soloing, well, you can beef up your stats, but I don't see much fun on it, either.
