Do quests you receive in one chapter carry over to the next chapter? Im in Ch 2 and have enough money to save imoen, which I believe starts ch 3 (?)

I have not finished exploring the city yet, nor done many quests. If I were to start a new chapter could I go back and finish the ones I started and still get the ones I missed?

I just really want to get my party together before I go adventurin' so she can get some exp.

Or...should I just do as much as possible THEN go get her?

    thanks

I'm pretty sure you can delay all the quests until after you get her. I haven't played in a long time, so I'm not sure how well it works with the thread of the story, but it is possible... I think.

You can save any quest you haven't done until later. I must warn you though, it might take you some time before you're able able to do those quests.

If you have enough gold you can go ahead and save Imoen, but I advise you to tackle at least one more major quest. The extra xp and (most importantly) items are essential. Make sure everyone in your party has magic weapons and decent defenses.

    Good luck!

[IMG] Quests will only disappear once they are completed - either because you complete them by following them all through, or because you fail them through action.

Quests will remaing under the chapter tab that you RECIEVED THEM however when you go to the next chapter.

Yes, you can always go back to finish a quest that you started in a previous chapter as long as you can still return to the area of the quest. Pretty much everything in Chapter II can be done in Chapter II as well as later in the game. Some areas of the game are one-time-only areas though.
