Question/Comment for the Moderators

hey, here is a question and a comment for the moderators (Yeah, that's you with the nice dragon pictures)

Well first the question: When you use the search thingie does it only search for the titles of the posts or the whole text?

Now, the comment: Can't you make something that you can see that you posted a reply to a topic? 'Cause now you can only see if you read a topic before (the title turns white), but if you posted a reply you are looking for ages in all the posts if somebody posted a reply back (you can't find your own replies anymore!!!) Now if you have cable modem that isn't much of a problem, then you have enough time to look for them, but if you have a telephone line modem then it can get pretty expensive
    (Do I make any sense?)

To the first: IT searches all the text material

To the second: Just search under Your name and let the "search word" be blank. Then You get all posts where You have written something. Cool aye?

    EDITED HERE:

The date of the last post also changes. But I guess You know that :p

    This is a Whatnot's question; it doesn't relate to BG2... <POOF>

There's a selection box in the search feature that allows you to choose whether you want to search the entire text or just the subject.

I would have to say that you are posting far too much if you can't remember what topics you posted in recently! ;)

One of my favorite features on this forum is that if new material is posted onto a thread, the folder turns red. So when I only have a 15 min coffee break to goof off here, I can get right to the new stuff.

That may save you money when your not on a cable modem (I have a Diverse T3 at my office! HeHeHe)

BTA I take offense to that! Some of us have poorer memories than you. I have trouble remember anything beyond the last time I slept. Numbers and names are the only thing I'm good at remembering.

I'm very good at numbers though... I could use a lot of my friends' credit cards if I were dishonest. :)
