    Mine is baldur's Gate 1 because this game was the start of it all and his in my opinion the best story of all (except Planescape but that's almost unfilmable)

    What are you talking about? Are you trying to ask which game listed at SP we like the best or which game listed on SP would be the most filmable? You really need to ask the real question befor asking "What's your choice and why?".

    I just don't know what I'm supposed to be picking here... :rolling:

    I am talking about the Poll of the week: you know the one on the front page of sorcerer's :rolleyes: it's a little down and to the left.

    This site doesn't only have a message board you know.

    [​IMG] I went for Torment, but it was a struggle between that and BG1. But in the end I thought a Torment movie would still be more exciting than a BG1 one. Though I'd like to see both.

    I chose BG2, since I'm only just starting BG1 (don't ask :shake: ). But I was torn about selecting Torment....again I'm only part way through it and in my mind picture myself continuously shambling back and forth from the mortuary to the battle scene and couldn't imagine a movie about that. But I'm sure there's much more to the game than what I've experienced.

    I would've gone for Torment, were it not for the fact that as a game Torment is actually much more than it could be as a movie. You'd have to simplify it so much that there was no Torment remaining, for all the immense amount of dialogue and intrigue.

    BG1, on the other hand, is a story in itself that is practically made for a standalone movie. Though a bit cliché it may be. With a good producer backing the project up, and an even better director making sure it'll be what it's supposed to, it'd become a real spectacle. So that's what I voted.

    I went for Torment, with only a slight battle between it and BG1, but I decided that Torment would be a lot more entertaining and exciting, and I think the plot and dialogue would be more interesting as well.
