Is there a mod or something which allow gamers to beable to still get the items that they left with their npcs who are not in their party when they completed SOA and continue on TOB?

The first time when I completed SOA, I couldn't kick out Jaheira without dismissing her forever, so I had no choice but to kick out Keldorn, complete SOA, then plan to recuit him in TOB where I know the Jaheira problem will not occur. But when I summon Keldorn in the plane, imagine my rage when I find a +3 two-handed sword instead of his Carsomyr!

not as far as i know, but there is a common rule to strip a character for equiptment before you kick him out of the party.

My big problem is that I kept too many items.
Very sad indeed! :( If only someone can do something about it. :help:

well, there is a mod that lets you put endless amount of items in the bags of holding.

    that might be a solution.

but dont worry to much, Gram the sword of grim is almost as good as carsomyr and can be gotten quite fast :)

which reminds me of something sad.
People hear carsomyr is damn good and so on and they know some damn good weapons, thus they use only them. I think thats sad, because there are alot of different interesting weapons out there.

storm star +5, ravager +6, ixils pike and so on is good weapons but rarely used.

Sad to think on it is.

Just gotta mention that a fighter\mage (dual or multi) wielding celestial fury and dakkon zerts blade is damn cool :)

As I recall, the bags of holding you get in ToB hold unlimited items. If you look at them with Shadowkeeper, there are two "types": those that are empty (BAG04, I believe) and those that are given to you when you start ToB that have various items in them (BAG19A - BAG19F). No mod is necessary.

Course I suppose you could console them in if you wanted to.

I have to disagree with you there -- even the bags you get in TOB have a limited capacity, unless you have the Mod installed -- I believe it is the ease of use mod.

I inadverdantly found the coolest cheat in the world, though. If you console in the same bag twice (for example, BAG04 two times) then equip each bag on a sepatare character, if one character puts, say, a potion in his bag, the other fellow can pull that same potion out of his bag, regardless of the distance between them! I say that's totally cool!

    @ LKD

Yeah, I discovered the same thing. I once cheated in 6 total bags of holding, so that my characters all had a universal bag-o-goodies to dig from. Very helpful. Takes care of those situations where the one character carrying the Dispel Magic scroll is the one who just got stunned. ;)

If you remember all the items that Keldorn had, you can simply add them in with the console or SK.

I agree with Death Whisper. If you're going to kick someone out, strip them down.

BTW, even if Jaheira leaves forever, you can still get her back in ToB (or via console ;) ), so I fail to see the problem there either.

The duplicate bag of holding is useful. I discovered it the first time I played SoA. Inventory was full so I cheated to get more bags. Still had no place to put my stuff but everyone had access. Sometimes a NPC leaves unexpectedly You get his/her bag but lose equipped items. The Dalekeeper has it uses.

Hmmm - I have no mods of any sort installed so I guess I just haven't reached the point where ToB bags of holding are full. Something to ponder I suppose.

I do believe that the ToB Bag of Holdings can never be fulled, mod or not.

I think it's because, I started my first SOA game before installing TOB, so maybe that new unending bag of holding effect didn't apply to my earlier game.
So now that I know, these new game shouldn't have a problem.

Sorry, but do you mean only the TOB bag of holding that you start a new game(TOB) with or do you mean that after installing TOB, the bag of holding found in SOA will also be unending?

the ones found in soa will have a "bottom", they will be filled sooner or later.

    my advice?

get as many gems, scrolls and potions bag as you can since this lets you save more space in the bag of holding. (always see what every merchant have to offer both before and after the main quest of that city\area.)
