I can't find anything in writing that shows clearly what each race gets for bonus/negs. I heard elves get some resists, etc, but what % etc? Specially gnomes. I heard they get nice bonuses but still can't find exactly what each race lists.

The resistances are unfortunately not all there in the unmodded game. Rogue Rebalancing has a fix for it (you can just install the fix if you want to) and the upcoming fixpack from G3 will have a fix for it as well. I don't believe any of the resistances/racial bonuses (other than infravision) are implemented in the unmodded game. Felinoid, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe that the elves racial bonus to THAC0 with Long Swords and Bows is in the game (more sure about BG1).

The smaller races get the resistance bonuses as blanket saving throw reductions rather than only bonuses in the situations where it should apply. (Just compare Korgan's in-game saving throws to what a fighter of that level should have, and you'll see what I mean.) The bonus to swords and bows seems to have gone away since BG1, though. I wouldn't bet on the halflings' bonus to slings either.

Well, I think it implements the elves' resistance to sleep and charm (supposed to be 90%, don't know how the mod works), unless I'm mixing it up with another mod. The smaller races' resistances DO come in the form of saving throw bonuses, but without a flexible DM the best way is the blanket saving throw reductions that are already present in the game. I call them reductions and not bonuses because you don't get the little +/- whatever to the side, you just have a lower base saving throw.

For each 3.5 con gnomes get +1 saving throw bonus vs wands and vs magic.
Dwarf and halflings get the bonus even vs death, wands and magic.

+5 bonus in the important saving throws can really be a lifesaver.
Little races are often underrated, they are far superior to the overrated elves.

I agree that smaller races (gnomes dwsarves and halflings) are very durable thanks to their saving throw bonuses. It makes fighting insta-kill enemies (mages, liches, beholders) less frustrating.

I have no idea if elven bonuses are implemented, never noticed that. Does any of my mods implemet this? I have Rogues Rebalancing and G3 tweaks and many other mods of all kinds!

The elf fix is included in the aPack, which Rogue Rebalancing is a part of. So if you have the whole aPack, you've probably got that fix too.

Elves do get a bonus to thac0 with any weapon that is a sword, broadly defined, not long swords only. Somebody at SP did a test on it long ago - there's a thread way back in the SoA forum.
