[IMG] I'm playing a ranger (solo), and I want to dual it to a cleric, but I have a few questions:

    - At what level should i dual (thought about 15)
    - do I get a Holy Symbol? If yes, should I use it? (there are lots of other good rings)
    - What High Level abilities do I get? Cleric of course, ranger not, maybe Druid spells? I can cast them........
    - What weapon should I use? Thinking about dualing Crom Faeyr, Runehammer, FOA. (2 of them)
    Or maybe a shield?

Doesn't really matter that much. 15 is nice, but you could also dual a bit later. I personally would dual a lot later, for higher thac0, saving throws, hps, and more high level abilities, although this would mean giving up half of your high level spells, it's a matter of preference really.

    - do I get a Holy Symbol? If yes, should I use it? (there are lots of other good rings)
Yes, you will get a Holy symbol. There is no yes or no answer to wether you should wear it, it depends on the level you dual and on the rest of your equipment.

    - What High Level abilities do I get? Cleric of course, ranger not, maybe Druid spells? I can cast them........
No druid HLA's, only cleric, possibly Warrior if you dual late, say level 21 or so.

It really doesn't matter, every weapon class has good at least 1 good weapon. You mentioned the War hammers, flails and shields, but club of detonation, staff of the ram, sling of everard, and mace of disruption are also excellent weapons.

dual wield hammers makes sense to me, as rangers get 2 free proficiencies in two weapon style. other than that, a great idea.

Rangers start getting HLAs at level 18, so whether you get those or not depends on when you dual. As to the ring, I'd say yes, but it really depends on how much spell-casting you use. If you're going solo, there's going to be tons of xp, so I'd say dual at 20.

All three of those weapons are nice. FoA is the best in your list and once you upgrade it to +5, it'll be killer. I would use Crom Faeyr for a bit, but there are better weapons in ToB and the 25 str can be obtained with other stuff, so don't worry too much about that. In SoA though, that's a real keeper.
