    First of all I wouldnt suggest a hafling fighter but:

    Stats:
    STR:18/whatever you think is good
    DEX:18
    CON:18
    INT:10
    WIS:10
    CHAR:14 or so

    Lawfull good
    Weapons:
    Axes:*****
    Short to long swords(One of the two):**
    Bows or cross bows:**

    What do you think?

    Halflings cant have more than 17 strength IIRC...

    And, at least for my taste, that's just too much powergaming. A few points away from STR and CON and it's more realistic. But thats just my point of wiew.

    Axes seems odd as well. I would go with short sword and short bow.
    BTW have you considered a mc halfling fighter/thief. Best character I have used.
