[IMG] I'm doing some research on a campaign focusing on the Border Forest, and was looking for novels that use that area (to get a feel for it, as well as NPC's ect).

Anyone got a book or two for poor ol' Mat? :)

The Border Forest is between Daggerdale and the Anauroch.

I don't know much about novels, but there might be something about it in the classic realms products.

Outside of a few possible and very vague references in 2nd edition material, I do not believe that there is any concrete material on the area. Most of that area of the map from the border forest and going north has always been left blank for personal expansion. Some good source material, however, would be the arcane age material, specifically cormanthyr and the fall of myth drannor. These sources could give a few ideas on developing this area since it would have at one time been connected to the southern forest.

IIRC, the WotC site has something on The Borderlands (or whatever).
    www.wizards.com
But then, I may be wrong. I've heard of no novels of the area.
