    Does this work?

I got one ring of regenration by pick-pocketing in the adventurers mart. I have been told that there is another in spellhold.

If i wear both rings at once, do i regenerate twice as quickly?

    Yes you do.
Regeneration is "stackable" - it means one doesn't cancel the other but rather cumulate.

I'd say go with the Ring of Gaxx for more regeneration. (iirc the ring's regeneration is better than the one at spellhold. Not too mention other certain attributes) :)

Hmm, I wonder what would happen if you'd equip ring of Gaxx, regeneration ring and the ioun stone that gives regeneration? Put them on a dwarf who's gone through BG1 and has 20 con. What a save on healing potions.

Of course it'll be a dwarven cleric with Regeneration in his spellbook ;)

    One thing I've noticed:
If you restart a game that was saved while your character was wearing a ring of regeneration, the ring doesn't work.
You have to un-equip then re-equip the ring to get the regeneration going again.

He doesn't lie. Sometimes that does happen. God knows why it happens and why it doesn't happen all times and to all NPCs (in my case Anomen's ring worked perfectly but Minsc's was "stuck").
The problem is in the engine I guess, not in the rings. That means: unsolvable by 3rd parties :(.
