    Just finished up in Trademeet, and saw the Robe of good archmagi at the smith. Logic and memory tells med there's a Robe of evil archmagi as well, though I have no idea where. Since I'm going with Edwin, it'd be nice to have it.

    Anyone?

    There is one to be had in... Ust Natah? Erm, the drow city. One of the drow merchants, located by the aboleth tank, offers it for sale.

    Mage guy in Saradush also sells all basic robes. (adventurer, traveler, knave, pro from cold, fire, electrical and robes of good, neutral, evil arch-magis)

    But to tell you the truth, once you have Robe of VEcna, you really don't need any other robe!
