    Can halflings romance?

    Can half-elf "mongrels" ;) romance Viccy?

    Can Viccy only romance fighters?

    Can Aerie romance evil characters?

    If I made a Halfling fighter, i would be able to romance Viccy?

    I just wanna be sure before I start this character, hehe

    Party planned as:

    me- halfling fighter, dual scimitar/katana
    keldorn - carsomyr

    viccy - sling/ shield

    Ah yep, I just checked it myself (via a guide at SP) and halflings can romance all of them, so go ahead and have your way with her :)
