    I finished the fish city by helping the king. I am ready to continue to the underdark... I apparently need some rope to get down the stairs though? What's the deal with this? I'm stuck...

    You should get the rop from the kings treasure room IIRC. I think it was right next to the king's throne.

    There's two ropes if I remember correct. One from the dead body of prince/king (can't remember which) and the other is in the treasures.

    If you play for prince, yes, he'll give you one more rope. But if you play for king as he did, you won't get a rope when you kill the prince.

    Sorry guys, I checked once more, you do get a rope from a king too when you kill the prince.

    The King gave me the gauntlets and some wand/weapon, but no rope. How do I get into the treasure room anyway?

    There is a chamber left to the king - I´m pretty sure that you have a *key* in your inventory that opens it. Maybe it´s in the loot from the dead king.
