    I have the rest of the books in the series but i never did get this one, i was wondering if it was worth a read, i assume it is because its salvatore but figured that i might as well check with those who know best.

    It's not his best, but probably worth a read anyway, for continuity's sake. Try to borrow it at your library or rent it cheaply from a second-hand bookstore.

    It's not worth the price of purchase, however.

    [​IMG] Sea of Swords?! That was one of my favorites! Definitely go read it! It's more of Catti-Brie and Drizzt hunting pirates and then he's even joined by Harkle Harpell... it's mad fun. (And Wulfgar finally pulls out of his depression.)

    If you've read the rest of the series, then there should be no question as to rather or not it's worth the buy. You already know your answer.I enjoyed it, although probably not as much as "The Dark Elf Trilogy".
