Secret door to High Torturer

    [​IMG] My party is currently wading thru the Vault of the Yuan-Ti at Dragon's Eye. In the torture chamber area, there is supposed to be a secret door leading to the chambers of the High Torturer. My thief's Find Traps and my cleric's Find Traps spell can't seem to locate it. Was wondering if this had been taken out with the HoW expansion install or if I just needed some special "key" to find and open? Can someone throw me a clue? Hope it's not a glitch in my game. Really enjoying this game so far...plain & simple hack & slash with just enough high brow stuff to keep it interesting.

    I don't think it can be found with find traps, and there is a switch that you need to find. You should be at the lower righthand corner of the map in a room with torture equipment. Hit the 'Alt' key (to highlight ground items and containers) and you should see a brick that can be activated. Note: The 'Alt' key only works with HoW installed.

    If for some reason 'Alt' doesn't find it move the cursor over the walls in that area, you'll find the switch eventually.

    Many thanks. Was wondering about this. Guess I didn't read the stategy guide close enough. May your sword always be bloody and sharp.

    [​IMG] Was wondering why my thief got deaf, dumb, and blind while trying to locate the secret door. Just wasn't looking in the right place. Again many thanks. Now I can move on with a happy heart. This Forum has been a great help. I kinda like the way this game changes some things up each time you play it. I'm running two separate parties and they've gotten some different magic items after completing the same scenario.
