    Just a few questions on Severed Hand..How does one get the key to open doors at the top of War Tower? I understand its the Captain but didn't see him at top of Officers Tower, even after dispatching the custodian..
    How about locked doors at top of Clerics Tower..Need a key for them as well?

    The locked doors in the War Tower you can't open until you reach a certain point in the game. The captain is out of town until then.

    The locked doors in the clerics tower, I don't recall. Are you trying to get to the top without using the teleport portal on the ground floor? If so, you can't.

    the locked door in top of cleric tower remains lock throughout the game, there is no key for that. to enter it, you'll have to collect enough holy symbol amulets for each band member and teleport in via the middle teleport entrance in 2nd level cleric tower.
