I just don't understand what the secret door is for (to the right of the top of the sewers). I already found the bard npc, and did the cult of the unseeing eye quest, but that door still remains locked, and I haven't found a key or anything. How do I get that blasted door open?!

You'd never guess it in a million years so here's the spoiler: Tazok has the key and where's Tazok? He's in Firkraag's Dungeon. What's inside? You'll see :p.

Awwwwww, Big B, now he won't go for it...

Ok, let's put a bait - inside is one of parts for Crom Faeyr.

Other things are not so important to mention...LOL ;)

Of course I would go for it, even if I didn't know what's inside; it's diving me crazy. I guess I missed the key from Tazok, because I can't find it anywhere. Dammit all...anyways, lemme guess: Hammer of Tbolts?

[IMG] Hah! The time is not right for celebration yet; the new area's less than hospitable denizens are yet to be dispatched...

    Hi,

Didn't you know that Tazok was the worlds first cloning expt? Apparently there are hundreds of them and they are forever swapping stories about you at their annual Xmas gathering.

    Cheers,

    WittyNewt.

  15. Well.. lets see.. there is Mind Flayer, Umber Hulk and lots of dire charmed enemies. (with such generic names as "Fighter" or "Cleric")and a Mind Flayer Lich.. Sounds interresting ? Go for it !! :)

Hey! Don't spoil it for poor War Nerve! Let him guess in peace! ;)

Ah well, he would find out eventually, though this eliminates the element of surprise...

So, pretend you never read the previous post, and charge the place blindly...
(this gotta be the most stupid piece of advice ever given ;))

  17. well it wouldnt be that fun if he go in there with a lvl 9 mage :p
But.. if he came from the firkragg quest he should be a kinda high level.. or something :D

Oh, why'd you have to go and tell him that for? You shoulda let him go in there blind like I did. "Oh look, clerics, fighters, archers, this oughta be easy. Wha? Mind Flayers? Squish!"

Anyhoo, Nalia casts Cloudkill and Deathfog+ Anomen casts Earthquake and Flame Storm+Minsc blocking the doors with Lilarcor=dead Mind Flayers. Get ready to rest, alot.

By the by, Anomen rocks. Feel free to join the Anomen/Nalia booster club.

If it's possible, I'm sure I'll get through that place after a few struggles. You all make it sound worse than the Kangaxx and Firekragg combined. :)

Kangaxx and Firkraag wouldn't go in THERE alone. Only if Irenicus held their hands.

...naah, it's not that bad really.
