[IMG] okay... i just started a new game as a monk.. and I chose female to see how the Anomen romance really is and just how immortal the monk is... however.. i just realized that the monk stronghold is also Nalia's keep... does that mean I can't be the new Lord De`Arnise coz i cant exactly be Nalia's new sword wielding master of the house (by the way... the monk does not use weapons, so does Nalia change her script to alter this?)

Good question, can female monks also own the Stronghold? I think they can and don't foregt, a Monk CAN use weapons (but most often fight with his fists)

sorry.. misread that as all weapons.. Monks only cannot use two-handed weapons... its seems sexuality won't really affect any of the other strongholds.. so if this one is affected.. then i wanna restart coz not having a stronghold just aint fun...

Female monk was the first I tried in BG2. And you definitely get the stronghold. Only thing I ever noticed was some dialogue in the underdark where my monk was refered to as a male :)

Just go ahead with your monk and good luck.
