Shadow over Soubar! (+ Tactics + QuestPack + SPitem)

    Just installed this mod! Its already insane and all I've been to is the Bridge District (home for my bard PC) and Waukeen's Promenade!

    My questions are:

    1) Am I required to pay Gaelen Bayle the 10,000 gp in order to get this quest, or can I keep my money?

    As for the other mods,


    2) I can't seem to get my Draw Upon Holy Might working for either my PC or Aarie, my cleric. I beleive its because of Tactics, Questpack, or SPitem or the combination of all.....Is there something I can do to fix that?

    I also had Dungeon-Be-Gone, Item Upgrade, Underepresented mods on, but they've never given me problems in the past.

    A part of me thinks I've installed too many mods, and am way in over my head! :(

    But the ONLY bug I've encountered is that Draw Upon Holy Might isn't working properly! :D

    So can people please tell me

    -if I need to pay Gaelen Bayle to initiate Shadows over Soubar, or if I should keep my coin

    -how to fix Draw Upon Holy Might!
