    [​IMG] just wondering if anybody has played this strategy game. someone left it on my desk at work and i was curious if it is worth copying. it looks pretty cool but i am not a big fan of strategy games other than the AoE series.

    [​IMG] Total War is a rather good game. The tactical part - where you fight the battles - is realgood. It's like AoE but with bigger armies. The campaign "big picture" is kind of weak. They tried but it never really came together. Diplomicy is almost not a option, which just leaves the game feeling empty considering how things really happened during that time.
    But again I'd copy it just to mess around with the battle engine.

    i think the 1st C.D. is bad, thats why its on my desk. i had numerous problems to deal with at work so i didn't get a chance to look into it. anyway thanks for the review.
