    i need help getting into the siege tower... i know that i need to be outside it, i also remember that i have to NOT think about getting in. my problem is that i don't know who or what gives me the quest to actually go inside.

    can anyone help me without spoiling me too much?

    The quest starts in a building close to the siege tower. If this is too vague just say so.

    You get the task to enter the Siege Tower in the Foundry. It is the second of the Dreambuilder quests from Nihl Xander.

    You get the information on how to enter the tower from Lazlo in the Market. Just chat with him and you'll hit on the solution yourself. :)
