Slowdown playing BG2

    Remove all ads!
    I keep finding that the game stutters, slows down and generally doesnt run smoothly. This is kinda silly since i'm running it on a 2.4 GHz machine with 256MB RAM. And with full install. What might be the problem?

    too slow graphics cards can cause this, as well as not updating to the newest build of the game.

    Otherwise too many mods could cause the problem - it did on my machine once.
