    I've installed the ToB patch and a couple of mods (namely bhaalspawn powers, accension, Tashia and certain components of ease of use). Can I install balderdash over them, or do I have to uninstall everything and reinstall every mod + the original game and patch?

    And is it recommended to have balderdash installed, or is the official patch good enough?
