    I remember reading about a setting for the Song of Ice and Fire. I believe only classes you could use were fighter, rogues and barbarians. I was ondering if anyone here has tried playing something like that, and if so, was it any good?

    Me and a friend are thinking about starting something like that, just because the books were pretty good.

    Yes I have had a setting far north in Vaasa with barbarian tribes. It was really great to have this down to earth middle age setting isolated from magic and the likes. OF course they still had tribal troubles and struggles of deity and land and women and offspring and status. Later on the characters journeyed out to find more tribes to convert or slay and loot while staying on top and making sure your bloodline stayed intact.

    Sort of a pseudo Ice and fire campaign.
