    [​IMG] I think I need a little more info. In general you only have two choices, either you come up with some good lyrics and add music or vise versa.

    Or is your questions about the structure of music? How themes and motifs, rhythms and layering are used?

    I think your question is better answered by a scial scientist than a student of music. The emotional response that people have has nothing to do with music and everything to due with people.
    I'd love to cheat about writing music but for the response part of you interest, a persons emotional response is valid for them regardless of what they listen to.

    In simple terms, the only one who can tell you why they like the music they listen to is that person. There is not formula or scientific answer. It's all listener response.
