Spolier: switching eggs? Please help!

    [​IMG] OK, I have Phaeries eggs and Soulafein's eggs, but when I go to the treasury to make the switch, I can't sneak in. I can't do it with improved invisibility or hide in shadows. Any tips? Its looking like the deal is you have to kill the guards and the golems. Thats quite a group. Any other strategies. I want to help the dragon!

    What you need to enter is the key and sanctuary spell, so you could perform non-agressive actions. Come in and take the nu... eggs ;)

    Activate some haste (oil of speed or Haer'Dalis plot boots of speed) and you'll be able to escape golems. Nail those two guards. And also golems if that pleases you.

    Whatever you do with two guards and golems that won't change the story.

    you can kill the golems and the guards... realize how the egg room guards have a different name/title....

    [​IMG] Thanks guys, I forgot all about Sanctuary! I haven't used it since Nalia's Keep. Similar situation, though. I tried just dealing with the guards, but then all these other red circled drow started showing up. It was bad news.

    [​IMG] I'm ouotta there (Underdark). Thanks god, it was getting dreary, but the surface elves don't seem any better off. Anyway, I did all the lairs in the Underdark, but in the Beholder lair, I fought the beholders in the beginning but then cast Sanctuary (thanks again) and just looted the treasure trove in there. I used a walkthrough for the lairs to be sure I got all the available EXP and items. On to CH 6 and possibly TOB.
