    I'm guessing you mean materials and whatnot.

    The best way is to buy the three core books, The Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Monster Manual. All in all, they will cost around $100. Best to buy them from SP.

    Or you can go to http://opengamingfoundation.org. That covers the bare bones information.
