    [​IMG] i spoke to this guy in the smouldering corpse, and he gave me wisdom +1 when i listened to him. are there any others who do similar things?

    There are a number of characters who will give you extra character points. You can also get more points by specialising in a class or using tattoos (temporarily).

    just have high wisdom, 18 at the start and keep building it with tattoos, then you will gain one char point each time you level up

    No matter your wits, you get one spare stat point at each level up if it is the highest level you gained (i.e. no point if you got on level 5 mage, but before you reached level 8 as fighter).

    At start of the game it's not very necessary to have WIS higher than 16.

    I didn't say that it is impossible to get 25 on all stats (UnderSigil: the boost area!).

    But is it necessary? No.
