Inspired by the topis "sarevok is gonna kick ass" http://www.sorcerers.net/ubb/Forum2/HTML/002719.html I thought that, once again, it is time to post the stats of your best and most powerful chars ever!

I am a proponent of the idea that cheating starts at a total 120 points :D  and so don´t hesitate to post stats of bhaalspawn that´s kicking ass in the realms.

[IMG] The halfling paladin (a different one than the one I led through BG-2) I played in BG last, looks like that, totalling base 99 and final 105 points.

str-18/95 (=> the only critisical point: halflings are restricted to str-17, so he should have 18-0; I, however, let the str unmodified from the original human pally for powergaming purposes)
    dex-18 (base-17)
    con-19 (base-18)
    int-14 (base-13)
    wis-18 (base-16)
    chr-18 (base-17)

For some reasons I found BG beeing (a) more generous in giving stat points than BG-2 is and (b) it offers the tomes additionally - so imported BG chars get the "toffee" of better stats in BG-2, maybe a reward for aquiring the old game ...

btw - 3e allows halfling pallys :D :p so I´m just ahead of time :D

    [IMG] 120 points?
IMO it's cheating if your character has higher stats than what you could legally(*) get in the game so:
(18 * 6) + 8 (from tomes) = 116 points and from own experience I think that rolling over 100 points in BG might be impossible, so a more realistic level would be 108 (100+8).

My best roll was with a BG1 Druid - http://www.geocities.com/earlgreyi/druid98.jpg - who got 98 and this is how he looked st the beginning of BG2:

    Avenger-8
    Str: 19
    Dex: 19
    Con: 16
    Int: 12
    Wis: 21
    Cha: 19

    (*) For the record:
Importing the same character over and over to play more games just so you can read the tomes again and again is also IMO cheating. I know someone claimed to have done this and that's why he had an all 25's character.

my best role was with BG1 with 95 points.
    Qatai (cleric/ranger): Str 18/18
    Dex 18
    Con 18
    Int 12
    Wis 16
    Cha 13
This is my original character without modifiers from tomes and stuff
I haven't had a role with this in BG2 though, my highest was 93 with BG2

    O'my!
Ye people roll stats for 4-5 hours consequently to roll such awesome numbers?
Whats the point of doing that if you can just go to gatekeeper/shadowkeeper and give yer char a roll of 99... Thats not cheating, ye can roll this in game, so ye just go and give it the roll...
    My favourite:
    Human Abjurer CG (BG&BG2)
    Str:10
    Dex:18(Tome +1, trial -1)
    Con:13(Tome +1, Demon dream -1)
    Int:19(tome +1)
    Wis:20(tome +2, Trial +1)
    Cha:20(tome +1, trial +1)

The point is that *I know* that I didn´t roll the dice ... of course the effect is the same. It´s a question of honour for me.

Juat changing the race is different - if you for example create a drow and add 65% magic resistance that´s ok, but putting it on human char would be cheating ... If you like SK to create a good char it´s your choice ... well usually I don´t need sk to make a good char and I like it that way.

I think yu should all know by now but here they are:

    Undead Hunter:

    Str:19
    Dex:19
    Cons:13
    Int:13
    Wis:21
    Cha:19

I know what you are thinking. That fol does not hsve enough constituton! You are right to an extent. I am level ten at the moment (had to stop to start my new Shapeshifter game...see post!) and have only go a measly 57 HP. Not very much you say. But ho cares when i can kill Firkragg so fast he does not have time to injure me!(no seriously i did on my own aswell!).

Indeed, Ragusa, it be a question of honour.
I just roll 'til I get all stats more than 13, but max what i got was 95, and 'twas on a CE dwarven cleric - not me type of a char. :)
And even if ye make a drow, people still dont take ye as a drow, so whats the point? The strong of being a drow is the aura surrounding ye! :)

I got one powerful character, I play the game with him and Imoen only. In a big party I don't like to strong chars, they make the game just too easy.
