    Well i'm dual classing my fighter to a mage and i don't know what stronghold i should pick from. What one is better.

    IMO the mage stronghold is better. The de Arnise keep is pretty boring (not that the mage stronghold is more exciting ... :rolleyes: ) and IMO less rewarding than the mage stronghold where you can gather a few useful items if you're lucky and careful.

    isn`t there a way to get both?

    like if you do the planar sphere quest, then make the apprentices make the stuff for you.

    could you then do the de`arnise quest and take the stronghold there?

    if you can`t, i`d agree with ragusa. The planar sphere is better than deàrnise keep
