Stuck in the Grey Clan mod! (spoilers)

    I haven't played this mod for a very long time, and when I started it i were on the second level of the Friendly arm inn.

    I advanced to the top floor, and killed everyone in the room, including the Zhentharim spy.

    Picked up items of value, and wondered what would happen next.. Nothing happened, went downstairs, found a couple of commoners, which had been turned into stone. Undid the spells with a few stone to flesh-scrolls.

    I checked the journal, to see if I had missed anything, and it said that I had to find Bentley Mirrorshade inside the inn, somewhere.. Serched the entire inn, did not find him, and went outside to talk with Bentley's wife again. That was not possible.

    Also, a lot of flaming fist-agents and mercenaries were wandering about the inns grounds. So for a short summary,

    1: Where is Bentley Mirrorshade???!!!
    2: Does the flaming fist-members have a leader I can speak with?

    Bentley should be one of the statues on the second floor. Stone-to-fleshing him is the next step in the quest IIRC.

    Okay, I've been thinking a bit since my last post, and because I haven't played this game in 6 months, I've forgotten quite a few things..

    If I stone to fleshed him the last time I played the game, (six months ago) what would be the next step in the quest?
